Returns & Repairs


Shop-marciamoran.com will accept items for Refund or Exchange within 10 days of purchase with proper proof of purchase that the items was purchased from shop-marciamoran.com and not another retailer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. Items purchased on sale or with discount code are only eligible for exchange; all exchanges are for shop-marciamoran.com credit equal to the amount charged to the customer for the item. There is no reimbursement for shipping with the exception of shipment error. Any specific final sale mentions in product description supersede these terms. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.  

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

To return or exchange an item, please request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by sending an email to sales@marciamoran.com
A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items or your package may be sent back to you. When requesting your return authorization please be sure to include your Order Number and if you are requesting an exchange, refund, or repair.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization Number and a copy of your original order inside the package. The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package, this will prevent potential delay in processing your return. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority with tracking) and retain your receipt as well as tracking number. Marcia Moran, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Repairs

We will repair any design purchased through shop-marciamoran.com excluding rings or any stone item that has been shattered, dropped, or scratched.  Damaged rings can only be sent back for exchange for the same ring or a different ring of equal or greater value.  If the ring or stone items have arrived shattered or scratched you must contact us within 5 days and have original tags attached when you send the item back.  
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please follow the instructions listed above for returns & exchanges

 ** We try to respond to all requests in a timely manner. If you do not receive a  response please check your "junk mail or spam" folder! 
To return an item for repair, please follow the steps for returning your order
 If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Products older than a year may be subject to repair fees. 

*Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
