Return/Repair Policy
Shop-marciamoran.com will accept items for exchange or credit within 21 days of purchase with proper proof of purchase that the items was purchased from shop-marciamoran.com and not another retailer.  Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email.  We can not refund shipping charges on returned items. 
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items or your package may be sent back to you.  To obtain an RA# please email repairs@marciamoran.com.
For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt as well as tracking number. Marcia Moran, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

We will repair any design purchased through shop-marciamoran.com excluding rings or any stone item that has been shattered, dropped, or scratched.  Damaged rings can only be sent back for exchange for the same ring or a different ring of equal or greater value.  If the ring or stone items have arrived shattered or scratched you must contact us within 5 days and have original tags attached when you send the item back.  
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please email repairs@marciamoran.com and request a Repair Work Order (RWO) number. ** We try to respond to all requests in a timely manner. If you do not receive a  response please check your "junk mail" folder!
To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:
1. Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number via email at repairs@marciamoran.com. We will not accept packages without an RWO number.  Please make sure your RWO number is written clearly on the outside of the package. 
2. If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise, be sure to have your Credit Card handy for repair charges.
3. Pack your item.
4. Include the RWO number in the following return shipping address:

Shipping Policy
Shop-marciamoran.com offers shipping via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The following charges apply to packages shipped in the United States. We do ship internationally and to Canada. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information. We only ship UPS Worldwide Express for all orders outside of the United States.

** Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time. UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.
