RETURNS & REPAIRS

MARCIA MORAN (shop.marciamoran.com) will accept items for refund or exchange.

Must provided proper proof of purchase from MARCIA MORAN (shop.marciamoran.com) within 10 days of purchase.

All returns must be returned with tags attached in new or mint condition.

Final sale items are non-returnable. Items purchased on sale or with discount code are only eligible for exchange. 

Returns and exchanges will be subject to shipping charges.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email with all the details on the credit that was issued.

All exchanges will receive a credit for shop-marciamoran.com. This credit is equal to the amount charged for the item and there is no reimbursement for shipping with the exception of shipment error.

Any specific final sale items that mentions in product description supersede these terms.

We can not refund shipping fees on returned items.  

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To return or exchange an item, please request a Return Authorization number (RA#) by sending an email to  sales@marciamoran.com



A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. If an RA# is not obtain, your package may be returned to you.

When requesting a return authorization, please include your Order Number and if you are requesting an exchange, refund, or repair.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization Number and a copy of your original order inside the package.

The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of the package, this will prevent potential delay in processing your return. 

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority with tracking) and retain your receipt as well as tracking number.

Marcia Moran, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.


REPAIRS

We will repair any designs purchased through shop-marciamoran.com. This does EXCLUDE rings or any stone item that has been shattered, dropped, or scratched.  

Damaged rings can only be sent in for exchange for the same ring or different ring design that is equal or greater value. 

If any ring or stone items arrive shattered or scratched, you must contact us within 5 days and include the original tags when returning for repair.  

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please follow the instructions listed above for returns & exchanges

 ** We try to respond to all requests in a timely manner. If you do not receive a  response please check your "junk mail or spam" folder! 



To return an item for repair, please follow the steps for returning your order:



 If your item is less than 1 year old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item Is older than a year may be subject to repair fees. 



*Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.
