Is your full collection available online?

If I lose one earring, can I replace just the missing one?

Unfortunately, we can only sell pairs.  If the style is in stock you can purchase another pair.  Some styles are only available for that season or until available stock runs out.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Every piece of jewelry is handmade and delicate.  To enjoy the jewelry for a long time, please use the appropriate care.

Please avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, perfume, detergent and lotion.  Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the quality of Lucite, plating on the metal and gemstones. The color of some gemstones may fade if constantly exposed to the sun.

Our collections consist of precious metal and non-precious metal (brass and base metal) and they are often plated with 18K gold. The metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth, however, excessive polishing will rub off the plating and is not recommended.  If the jewelry piece is only gold plated with no stones, you can also clean in liquid jewelry cleaner.  Follow instructions on the back Of the liquid jewelry cleaner.  Do not leave in longer than recommended time as plating may wear off.

Because most of the stones used in our collection are natural semi precious stones, they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty.  Most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.

How do I know my ring size?

To obtain an accurate size of your finger, visit your local jewelry store and have your finger measured.  Be sure to mention the width of the band you are thinking of purchasing, because thickness will affect how the ring fits.  Because a lot of our bands are thick, the sizes can vary up to a half size difference.

What is your jewelry made?

All of our jewelry is handmade using 18K gold plating over brass metal. The rose gold pieces are plated with 18K rose gold over brass metal. All silver pieces are made with rhodium plating over brass. The rhodium is a member of the platinum metal family which prevents it from tarnishing.

What type of stones are used?

Semi-Precious Stones, see individual product listings

Stone Care Important Reminder

Please note stones are semi-precious and go through a metallization process to achieve the various colors we carry. The stones are very delicate, therefore we advise that you do not use ANY chemical cleaner, water, brushes, cloths, soap or etc. to clean the stone.  We can only guarantee stone quality and vitality if they are handled and taken care of properly.
