Return Conditions

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 8 days of delivery with proof of purchase from shop.marciamoran.com.

Items must be returned in new condition with the original invoice included.

Final sale items are non-returnable.

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may still be returned or exchanged unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges receive store credit for shop.marciamoran.com equal to the item value only.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you request a return label from us, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if items are returned.

Once approved, we will issue an RA (Return Authorization) number.
Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.

For your security, please return items using an insured courier with tracking (FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority) and keep your receipt and tracking number.
Marcia Moran, Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
REPAIRS
Repair Policy
We repair items purchased through shop.marciamoran.com under the following conditions:

Manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of purchase qualify for free repair and free shipping.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Repairs requested after 30 days may be subject to repair fees.

For repairs requested after the first month, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Repair Limitations
Due to the nature of our jewelry:

Some older designs may not be repairable if components are unavailable.

Repairs do not include rings or stones that have been shattered, dropped, or scratched due to wear or impact.
Items Purchased From Other Retailers
Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original store of purchase for repair or exchange.
